General Questions
What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer many different cleaning services to help fit your needs. From basic services including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning, to other more advanced services such as post-construction cleaning, corporate office cleaning, and vacation rental cleaning. Do I need to supply my own cleaning supplies?
Our cleaners come prepared to every cleaning with everything needed to get the job done. This includes all cleaning sprays, sponges, equipment, etc. If you have specific cleaning items or brands you prefer our cleaners to use, please be sure note in your consultation. We also ask to note any allergies to certain products for your safety. When you book with us you will be sent an email regarding what to expect when your cleaner arrives including a cleaning checklist.
Scheduling & Availability
How far in advance should I schedule my cleaning?
We recommend at least five days in advance if it is your first cleaning.
It is always best for scheduling to get on a reoccurring cleaning schedule, and we offer a special discount on every cleaning for any client set up on a reoccurring schedule.
Please note: as listed in part of your client agreement, any cleanings booked with less than a 48 hour notice will be subject to a rush charge. Any cleanings canceled with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a late-cancellation charge. Any cleanings that are cancelled day of will be charged the full price quoted for the cleaning. Can I schedule on weekends, or only weekdays?
Our cleaners are available 7 days per week, between the standard times of 9am and 6pm.
Special requests for early morning or late evening cleanings will need to be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
